Two Ways to Taste EATS

Before you book, taste the food. Sit down for a personal chef event and build your menu with Chef Tommy — or just come by the truck, on us, and see what we're about.

Option One

The Tasting Dinner

A personal chef event, billed at half the standard rate. Not a sample tray — a real dinner for up to 14 guests, at your place or Chef Tommy's kitchen in Truckee.

It's a working dinner. You taste dishes, talk through the event, and shape the menu as you go. By the end, the food for your day isn't a guess — it's something you've already eaten.

Best for weddings and larger events where the menu matters.

Option Two

At the Food Truck

Not ready to sit down for a full dinner? Come find the truck. Bring whoever you like —we'll host you, on us, so you can taste the flavors and the quality before you commit to anything.

It's the easiest way to meet Chef Tommy and get a feel for the food — no plan, no pressure.

Best for a first taste before you know exactly what you're planning.

How the Tasting Dinner Works

From Inquiry to a Menu You've Tasted

  1. 01

    Inquire

Tell us about your event and the direction you're leaning — or the styles you're deciding between.

  2. 02

    Set the Table

Pick a date and a place: your home or rental, or Chef Tommy's kitchen. Up to 14 guests.

  3. 03

    Eat & Explore

A real multi-course dinner built around candidate dishes for your event, cooked and served by Chef Tommy.

  4. 04

    Shape the Menu

You leave with a menu you've tasted, priced, and agreed on — ready for the event.

Start With Your Event

Tell us what you're planning and we'll set up a tasting — a dinner, or an invite to the truck. Most tasting dinners happen four to eight months before the big day.
