The Food

Built Around the Table

These are the meal styles that anchor most EATS events. None of them are fixed packages — every menu is written for your guests, your venue, and what's in season. Use these as a starting point for the conversation.

Paella

Spain's bright, smoky rice dish — cooked in one oversized pan.

  • Sausage
  • Vegetarian

Accompaniments

  • Artisan bread
  • Seasonal fruit
  • Seasonal vegetables

Pairing
Earthy, light-fruit wines with low tannins — dry and easy.

Handmade veggie burgers from EATS

Vegan & Vegetarian

Plant-forward menus with the same care as everything else.
