Our Food Philosophy

Seasonal Food for Meaningful Gatherings

The humane treatment of animals and environmentally responsible sourcing sit at the center of every EATS menu. Meats come from ranches pushing the envelope on animal ethics. Seafood meets Seafood Watch and Safina Center standards. Produce follows the seasons of Northern California's food system.

When you cater with EATS, you don't guess at the menu — we build it together over a real dinner for up to 14 guests, at your place or Chef Tommy's kitchen, at half the standard personal chef rate. Not a sample tray. A preview of the event itself.
