Our Food Philosophy
Humane sourcing and environmentally responsible ingredients sit at the center of every EATS menu. Meats come from ranches pushing the envelope on animal ethics. Seafood meets Seafood Watch and Safina Center standards. Produce follows the seasons of Northern California.
